I think ITs hip injury will make him 70% of the player he was last season. Also the BK pick is gonna net something like an oladipo level player on average where they'll be drafting. Atkinson+D-Lo is taking that team to a #4-7 pick not #1-4 imo. I'd move that+Shump+TT asap

Do you start Isaiah or Rose on the Cavs now?

I don't think the Cavs will have a problem resting IT significantly during the season like they did with Kyrie in 15-16. PG rotation is more than satisfactory to last 20-30 games.

Who do you guys see the Cavs targeting with the BK pick. Other than the obvious Boogie trade. I'd think a pick+Shump+TT for Khris Middlton+Thon Maker+filler deal would be killer. Crowder is pretty good on D especially by Synergy and RPM numbers but Middleton when he was healthy was Uber elite and Thon is a dark horse candidate for becoming one of the league's premier unicorns.

Cant see Milwaukee making that deal with Jabari's injury history and thon maker's intrigue as a Stretch 5 who can switch on D. Besides the Brooklyn pick might be in the middle of the lottery so it's not as valuable now as it was before the draft. I definitely think they should grab a rim protector if they can.

I don't think he's as badly ball dominant as people make him out to be. He's more in the Lonzo ball mold where he can just give it up and get it back within the flow of an offense. LeBron's proven in Miami he can function off-ball if there's another reliable distributor. Perhaps what the Cavs lose in individual offense between IT and Kyrie can be made up by IT creating opportunities on and off the ball for LBJ and Love. I'm sure Love is already salivating at the handoff opportunities.

He was less ball dominant than Kyrie last year, 0.3 more mpg of possession in about 3 more total mpg.

How do you guys compare this trade to the rumored trade with PHX and Pacers; Ky and frye for Bledsoe and PG13. Which iteration gives them the best shot against GS assuming the nets pick is traded?

This is a better return but the other trade makes us better unless we flip Brooklyn pick

I don't think he's ball dominant at all. He just shoots a lot. A huge portion of Boston's offense last year was having him run around screens, getting handoffs from Horford and shooting off curls. His assists are pretty low, signifying a guy who doesn't spend a lot of on-ball time.

With his superior shooting, superior craft, and less focus on "me-time" with the ball, I think he'll upgrade the Cavs offense by a decent amount. He also played in a much more egalitarian offense in Boston, which hopefully means more love for Love.

Lebron's my early pick for MVP.

I think he'll go off in the regular season.

Maybe Kyrie has a chance? I can't help but feel that Isaiah was 6'3 and had the exact same season he did last year he would have won. It wouldn't have been deserved but 1st seed in East with role players and 29/6 would normally do it.

Yo, I'm super hyped up! If Thomas gets healthy, it's over with!

But they need to trade that pick. To me, it's ridiculous to think otherwise. My thinking is this: look, if you only had one shot, one opportunity to seize everything you ever wanted, would you capture it, or just let it slip? This is your time Cleveland. There is no rebuild. They aren't getting back to this point. You go all-in on convincing LeBron to stay. Create a situation that he can't walk away from.

I can't help but imaging Kyrie is gonna torpedo Stevens' motion offense and cause friction between himself and Hayward who came back hoping to run his coach's system. His mentor is Kobe after all, and Stevens ain't exactly post-Bulls PJ
