Honestly, while i realize a traditional look, 2013 can be seen as the most impressive season ever:
-> nigh unanimous mvp
->scoring title +second in dpoy
-> fmvp
-> led playoffs an d and o winshares, ect
-> 27 straight and 66 win season
Frankly a more critical look makes 2012 seem a lot better to me. It simply was a more dominant playoffs and in terms of wining chips, playoffs are>>>regular seasons. 2012 has legit case for goat season 2013? Not if we're choosing players to win.
Does a dpoy or near dpoy affect a team's chip potential, not much. Does a scoring title? not much. And when you're using those it's really giving weight to aesthetics rather than what matters.

The one thing is that I can't imagine '13 doing the things he has in the Playoffs last year and this year, and I can't imagine '17 or '18 having a bleh series against Chicago or getting shut out by the Spurs for 5 games.
2012 Bron didn't have any meh series.
