Wonder if you assumed LeBron had a gap over Bird and Duncan at their best and tried to negate it with pairing him up with Admiral who clearly isn't on the level of the other 3.
The issue with per75 numbers;
36pts on 27 fga/9 fta in 36 mins, does this mean he'd keep up the efficiency to get 48pts on 36fga/12fta in 48 mins?
The answer; NO. He's human, not a linearly working machine.
Per75 is efficiency rate, not actual production.

Imho Bird and LeBron are pretty close but I think that there is a more notable gap between Admiral and Duncan. Bird and Duncan for me, those two were excellent in half court, where Admiral struggled a little. If they can force a high paced fast break game on Bird and Duncan they might be able to beat them though.
If you're asking me who the Mavs best player is, I'd say Luka. A guy like Delon Wright probably rivals his impact though at this stage in his career. KP may as well if he gets his **** together.

Bird is a far more potable player than the others, and him and Duncan are a pretty natural outside/in threat. DRob and LBJ are far more physically dominant, but I don’t think they mesh as well.
Put Bird with DRob, and that would be better than LBJ with him. Ditto Duncan

I’ll take Duncan/Bird by a small margin. I don’t trust Robinson as an offensive player.

Lebron and Drob. What we're forgetting here is that with a facilitator like Lebron D Rob would be outstanding as a finisher. On top of that, who will guard Lebron? Bird certainly cannot and neither can Duncan on the perimeter. In fact this would be easily D Rob and Lebron.

Where does it say that the 2 teams would be playing each other?

You can put basically anyone alongside Bird/Duncan and expect rings. Even Miami Lebron IMO was only a begrudging team player.

I don't even know what this is supposed to mean. I think some people's hate or bias towards LeBron just makes them incapable of properly assessing him as a player.

Outside of his stint in Miami it has always been Lebron's way or the highway, but that's just my opinion

Yeah, the Cavs have always instituted successful, unselfish team basketball play outside of the Lebron years. He really should have adopted our systems and philosophies instead of playing in ways to maximize his skills.

Even still he allowed players like Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love to play the most efficient basketball of their careers.
Could anyone have made Mo William's an allstar or stretched Big-z's prime for a longer duration?

Re: '86 Larry Bird/'03 Tim Duncan vs '12 Lebron James/'95 David Robinson
If Bird/Duncan can slow the game, even slightly, they SHOULD be able to control the game.
LeBron/DRob have a pronounced athletic advantage on both ends (not that pre-injury Bird or Duncan are slouches on that end), but to leverage it they would need to play the game fast (and have two wonderful tools to do so).
Also think DRob's half court struggles would be greatly alleviated by having Lebron as primary ball carrier. Bird and Dunc both excel off ball, so they'd need at least a competent PG to fully dominate the half court. Think Duncan would come out ahead in rebounds, with enough nous to counter Robinson's athleticism. LeBron can limit Bird in a way that I don't think Bird can limit LeBron, so feel the game would come down to how well Robinson defended Duncan in the post (especially given Duncan's intelligence in passing out).
Having said all that, suspect Bird and Duncan's court awareness and BBIQ will give then the edge...
Good comp
