Cook needs to get all of Rondo’s minutes. Every last second.

LeBron took a charge. Dialed in on defense, boys.

This roster is designed well for LeBron. Lob threats and shooters all around.

Free throw looks different, again. Wider base, and elbow seems raised higher than usual

If not for real **** free throw shooting, he’d be at 60% TS last with ZERO spacing around him. Surround him with decent spacing, some defense and he’ll get you leads and wins. Include AD in that and you can get something really special if Green is as good as he was last year and Kuzma can make some open shots.

I'm really excited for the season to start. Barring injuries, rondo is the only thing that can screw this up. They look so much better without him out there. Cook looks like he might be able to handle the playmaking duties for the bench unit.

Excited to see the Lakers when they actually play an NBA level defense. This is some awful stuff from the Warriors.

My goodness. I actually thought that corner pass to Green was a missed layup attempt where he lost his step and just threw up something lmao. That was actually an insane pass.

Pre season or not that's one of the all time LeBron passes.

Lebron and AD on the same team is just unfair. The combination of size, athleticism and skill is just out of this world, both are center size with guard hops and footspeed. Can't see them getting beaten over 7 games.

Maybe it's just the Warriors, but it's amazing how much better this team looks when Rondo isn't playing.

He looks good physically. Jump shot still looks great (15/16 seems so fluky now... maybe was the back).

Javale, Dwight and Bradley are just going to feast. It’s hilarious how many times they are just wide open sitting in the dunker spot/ off a back cut.

Davis can really make high level plays/ reads off more than 1 dribble now. Underrated development these last 2 years (especially last year without Rondo hogging the ball).

They are a Rondo injury away from being the favourites to win the title. Would force them to play Cook/ Caruso or KCP more minutes or acquire someone better.

No, supporting a brutal regime undermines everything and exposes the true ethos of his brand.

Am I to assume that you viewed him as a saintly political icon who could care less about money before this happened? Since extremes are all that matter, I'd assume speaking against racism places him on MLK's tier to you?

There has to be a middle ground is what I'm saying. Especially when we all know this is clear damage control he's doing on the behest of the man who signs his checks. Noone believes he actually supports what China is doing.

If this team can luck into a savvy secondary ball handler like Dragic in the buy out market around January and Rondo gets kidnapped by a flying saucer, its over.

What is the best case scenario for the Lakers' record with the current roster?

Best case, 2 stars healthy all season? Mid to high 50's, say 57? I think for overall predictions I currently have them at about 50.
