Easily Hill team. They actually have a serviceable PG to run the team, and best player / playmaker in Grant Hill.

I'd go with the Allen team easily if Lucius Allen is at PG, they have better interior defense, better wing scoring, stronger defensive stoppers, their only relative weakness was not having an NBA PG.
