Boban is basically today's version of Georghe Muresan whose statistics inflate his value because his foot speed is so slow that though he's a shotblocker, he can't move quickly enough to rotate leaving gaps in your defense and slows your offense into a walk up. Muresan actually got a season or two of starting (and they were statistically decent!) but that was because Chris Webber and Rasheed Wallace got into a contest of who could be more of a whiny little girl about their unwillingness to play center to help the team.
He might be a strong reserve or a weak starter but I just don't see him as anything more than that in any era past the 1950s.

Based on the list you posted, I don't think he's even close. Boban is useful player in specific role, but he can't be your starting center on NBA team. I know that early 2000s centers were terrible on average, but not that terrible.

All of those centers are better than Boban, so nope.

Raef LaFrentz! Forgot about that guy. He'd probably be a coveted player in today's league with his 3 point shooting (which would likely be far more ramped up) and shot blocking.
Sorry, got sidetracked. No, Boban would not, for reasons already stated.
