Wade signs in Cleveland in 2011 to join LeBron and Allen. The Heat fanbase doesn't have the same love for Wade as they do now.

Everything else unchanged, Cavs probably win titles in 08 and 10. The Lakers were mediocre NBA Finals competition and without the Big 3 Celtics to stand in their way, Cleveland rolls.
Now that's the difference between first and last place.
