Had a great postseason but it wasnt enough
got a new coach, Chauncey Billups.
Is it this enough for him to stay?

Rough start.
I seem to remember him having a rough start last year too. CJ had a great start which helped keep the team afloat until Lillard hit his stride.

Yeah, Lillard has really struggled with his shot (note, I'm not saying he's struggling offensively, as he's still reading the defense well and getting teammates involved well). I wonder if some of this is due to playing in the Olympics --- I've heard of guys who have played in international competitions over the summer struggling to start the subsequent NBA season.
I'm sure his shot will round into form, and so far, he's seemed engaged, which is what matters the most to me at this stage.

Also hearing rumors about a strained abdominal muscle or something like that.

Maybe. It sure is bizarre to see him shoot so abysmally.

Another solid game in the win over Denver. He still doesn't seem quite himself, but it's good to see him string together a nice stretch.

Damian Lillard will miss the remainder of the 21-22 season following his January abdominal surgery.
Sources tell Shams Charania of The Athletic that Lillard has looked strong in workout and is making tremendous progress.
The Portland Trail Blazers decided it was best for Lillard's rehab process to sit the reminder of the season as they play their younger players.
Lillard's last game was on Dec. 31st against the Los Angeles Lakers.
