1. Who's in the top 5 all-time?

2. Who's in the top 5 among active players?

I feel like they're probably all current players, just because this wasn't a shot that was that valued/prevalent until pretty recently.

Off the top of my head I'd say - Curry, Harden, Durant, Irving and struggling to think of a clear fifth (but maybe I'm missing someone obvious).

From past eras, shout out to Gilbert Arenas.

Oh definitely Dame, I knew I was forgetting someone.

I honestly think these are probably the 5 GOAT off the dribble 3-point shooters too, based on my point before (re: not really a skill that was regularly cultivated until pretty recently).

Kobe was an amazing off-the-dribble 3pt shooter, especially considering how unlike most of the other guys mentioned he wasn't actually a great 3pt shooter to begin with.

I wonder how many “eye-test” enthusiasts would be surprised to see LeBron and KD virtually tied in pull-up three percentages with LeBron taking twice as many pull-up threes (Bron has played about 60+ more games in this span).

That is very surprising...
This is Steph for both questions, inactive players worth mentioning, Nash, Kobe, MJ.
Current players Dame, and the Nets big 3.

Hmm I definitely see the comparison but I also just think Kobe was a better shooter with a better stroke in general. I think free throw percentage is pretty telling in this case.

I'll admit that I haven't looked at a ton of detailed stats on this, so it could be that i'm way off and that e.g., Luka has great catch and shoot percentages.,

How about Ben Gordon as an honourable mention? He was a sublime off the dribble 3 point shooter, his problem was he could do very little else. In terms of the narrow scope of the question.

Tracy McGrady and Tim Hardaway Sr are a couple of names that if we project into today's game would be deadly with the pull up.

yeah Luka is definitely not a very good shooter. He's an incredible shot-maker and scorer, but not a great shooter. Yes he takes tough 3's but he'd not be a high 30's guy if he got catch and shoot opportunities either. And look at his mediocre FT shooting.

Kobe definitely a better shooter, Luka definitely much more dangerous as a finisher/playmaker once he's gotten into the paint.
