Lowry was all-nba level of player. Conley also was close to that level, but a bit behind of that level.

Conley was 95% as good, but I feel Lowry was a bit better at rebounding and hustle plays, and peaked higher as a shooter

I'll take Conley by a little. He was a killer in the clutch.

Cause he's better shot creator. But Lowry was too all-around player compared to Conley.
