It's fairly close, I wouldn't put one over the other clearly. Barkley seemed to struggle less with weak supporting casts than KD for what it's worth.

Voted Barkley. Because of he had the both creation capability and physical force under the rim. Durant's creation significantly worse than Barkley, but he also have shooting range by far. Around equal impact and with 2 to 1 advantage, voted Barkley.

I'd say they're probably about equal in the playoffs with Durant getting a small edge in the regular season. Depends which years though, KD's best regular seasons were in OKC, and best postseasons were mostly in Golden State and BKN.
