2005: Garnett
2006: Dirk
2007: Dirk
2008: Garnett
Overall they’re pretty close but I would go with KG slightly. I consider him a better player in their primes, and he was very much in his prime all those years even though 08 was the end of it.

KG slightly due to defense and overall responsibility. Not that Dirk’s supporting cast was anything more than above average but the Wolves couldn’t draft well, get FA’s to Minnesota or make good trades. They couldn’t even cheat properly to sign Joe Smith. If we’re just talking about that 4-year stretch it’s KG.

KG's will was slowly crushed in 06-07 so while his impact was lower in those years we saw what his true capabilities were in 08. KG is the answer here.

Probably similar, historical; but Dirk was a clear choice for their era.
