Replace Westbrook on 2016 Thunder with 2022 Westbrook

If you put current Westbrook on the 2016 Thunder, could they perform comparably? Or has he declined as a player, as opposed to being the victim of poor fit?

Where have you been the past several years? Westbrook is nowhere near his 2016 level.
