Rondo with his giant hands and huge wingspan is quite an outlier.

Hot Plate
O Miller
Lockout and after Kemp
Lockout and after Big Country
Mike Sweetney
Thomas Hamilton
Eddy Curry
John Bagley
Glen Davis
Geoff Crompton
Mel Turpin
Caleb Swanigan
Robert Traylor
(others who took heat at times Felton, Boris Diaw, Mark Aguirre, El-Amin, Jerome James)
Manute Bol
Shawn Bradley
Shaun Livingston
Prince???
(sure I'm missing some guys here ... some 70s forward at circa PF height but under 200 pounds, don't think I'm thinking Larry McNeil [6'8, 195])
Jerry West is oft cited for wingspan. I think Russell too.
Otis Thorpe had two distinctive things. Short arms and I think big hands. Think Kevin Willis was short armed too ... probably some jokes when he went to the Raptors. For hands think anyone palming the ball is likely (Hawkins, Jordan, Chamberlain, Kawhi, Erving, Terry Tyler, Walter Herrmann).
Think it's more playstyle but has to be somewhat body related Rumeal Robinson got called a power point guard (or something adjacent). Anthony Mason I might have heard power point forward.

Wasn't D-Wade 6'4" with the wingspan of a 7-footer?

Re: players with unusual body types and proportions
I feel like I read somewhere that Shaq has an oddly low center of gravity for a man of his height.
It was something like - Most true 7 footers have extremely long legs compared to the average person, whereas Shaq's ratio of legs to torso is much more in line with a person of average size.
Was just googling though and couldn't find it again.

Bledsoe's wingspan, too.
Don't think it's rare but Wilt,Kareem,Gilmore body type is the most unique form I've ever seen.

I'd say that Kareem, Gilmore and Wilt all had different body types.
