Lets say 2017 Warriors with an added KD is a 99/100 to win the Finals how do you rank this years teams based on that, I'll go

#1.) Suns 94

#2.) Bucks 92 (Primarily because the East is tougher this year)

#3.) Warriors 91 (It's going to be difficult to pull off without the big 3 playing at all together, but they have the experience)

#4.) Grizzlies 90

#5.) Heat 90

#6.) Nets 90 (Not having Ben Simmons is going to be tough, especially playing a top seed the the first round. Not that he's a great, but his defense is what they need badly.

#7.) 76ers 89 (I'm not sold on Harden in the playoffs, especially since he's regressing, but having Embiid helps)

#8.) Jazz 88 (I'm not sold on Gobert much as the best player on a team)

#9.) Mavs 88

#10. Raptors 87

suns 40% ( i give them about 70%~ chances to come out of the west and slightly favor them against whoever comes out east) i think warriors are their worst matchup and injuries always a concern with cp3

warriors 10~% (they have been playing worse since their great start and constant injuries just kill a team rythim, steph injuri is also worrisome)

grizzlies/dallas 5/7~% ( a bit too early for them but not impossible)

bucks 20%~ (give them a favorite 40~% chance to make the finals and a 50/50~ to win them)

sixers 5-7%~ (unproven still but really talented)

boston 5-7% ~( if they get timelord at 100% back they are really dangerous)

miami 5-7% (really good still)

somethingh like that, all east contenders are somewhat close but bucks are a step ahead until proven otherwise imo

in the west i think Grizzlies are still too inexperienced and dallas lacks a bit more talent, warriors the biggest threat to suns if they play again like early in the year

I'd have the Nets and Warriors lower down the list. I'm not sure either team is top 4 in their conference come play-off time.
