Assuming a team salary cap of $112m (this season's cap) and that all four players are on equal max contracts... I'll go with Luka and Dirk.

This is close. With Embiid on the floor, teams would most definitely have to single coverage AI, and that's a recipe for bigs in foul trouble and getting cooked. Guy was a relentless demon attacking defenses.

I suspect more traditional basketball purists would choose the synergy between Luka and Dirk over them though. You'd definitely need a defensive anchor or two on a team featuring those two guys though.
