Jordan Poole v Tyler Herro
Who is the better player now and who will have the better career?

1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

I also think that they are on a very similar level right now. Per36 volume stats are almost the same, their size and age is very similar and both have this confident and somewhat flashy play style. On top. both ended up in a very good environment for their development. I didn't know that Herro is known to be a very hard worker (just don't follow the Heat in such detail) but the same is said about Poole, who is constantly mentioned as one of the most dedicated players by his team mates and coaches.
It's going to be very interesting to compare them in a few years. Could be down to plain luck (e.g. injuries or consistent team setup) who develops better.

Pretty much agree. But while Poole is getting recognition, I don't think it's on a Herro level. There's even chatter of him getting a max or near max.
