i think nash is one of the most brillian offensive players ever

butler is a much better defender

depends on my team roster but i would pick nash over butlet to start a team

nash 2005-2010 for me

I'm assuming this question means how many season version of Nash would you draft ahead of 2022 Jimmy Butler. 2002 to 2009 are no question. 2001 and 2010 are possible.

I'm extremely confident that there is no difference between 2002 to 2004 Nash and 2005 to 2006 Nash. I'm less of a believer in 2010 Nash than others who I think had significant defensive limitations and were completely off 2011. I'm not as confident in 2001 Nash.

If you built your team around him, yes.

Kinda depends on roster construction. In a vacuum, I maybe take '05-'07 Nash over him, but I'd wager that's it.

With a guy who was always a negative on defense, I doubt that should be a difference maker comparing 2010 to other years.

Nash is monsterously underrated by those box scores though.

you are too binary in your thinking

2005 Nash had a Playoffs just as impressive as the one Jimmy just did, possibly even moreso, and that wasn't even the peak of his abilities.

I'd take 2005-07 for sure, possibly 2010 too.
