Assuming you have a team of any number of peak Andre Iguodala clones you want, what is the minimum number you would need to beat the 2017 Warriors in a 7 game series? (Normal NBA rules still apply)
Assume this team is also coached by 2017 Steve Kerr and the rest of the Warriors coaching staff from that season.

Can't be done.
Not enough scoring nor 3pt shooting.

i think you need a solid big and a strong offensive creator or a strong scorer
3 iguodalas + al horford + offensive star is a very strong contender

Get 21 of them and have 5 of them break Curry/Kd/dray/klay legs
Both legs for Curry to be safe

You guys don't think that having a team of 10 or even 15 All-Star/borderline All-NBA players is enough to counteract the top of the roster talent advantage of the Warriors? Especially over a series where fatigue is a factor?
A team being able to play 10 or even 15+ deep without any drop-off would be significant, no?

Or rebounding or rim protection.
Yeah, it's just not a well-balanced team.

Not sure about the offense creation and possible rebounding, but 13-15 peak Iggys would be a nightmare to deal with as they could all go game 7 hard on defense knowing that they’d only play for 16-18 minutes a game.

You had me until the part in bold. The key would have been a series based on something other than basketball.

I think it's a pretty good matchup for the Iguodalas so I'd take a full team of them over the Warriors. It'd be a low scoring series as it'd be a nightmare for the Warriors offense, to beat the Iguodalas they'd need them to score low points also, but I think the Iggys at least get a lot of transition points to make up for halfcourt flaws.
