Higher on your All Time List: Magic, Kobe, Bird or Hakeem

Hakeem, which seems strange to say because he wasn’t as significant to the league as the others. Might have to consider Bird/Magic again here

Kobe is quite low on these boards compared to the Global Perception. Who's got him like borderline top 5 from what I've seen

Hakeem relatively easily, if Bird/Magic had Hakeem's longevity it would be very close.

Bean/Hakeem
Magic/bird

I have all these guys right next to each other in the 8-11 range but I've got Bird the highest among them.

Bird>Kobe>Hakeem>Magic

Do we care about global perception? I don't mean that with sass, but is that an important thing to care about, particularly given the level of investment and information employed here versus most places?

Id probably go with Magic but my opinion of them seems to change like the tides

he's the most popular basketball player in the world.

ask a ranking of connor mcgregor on an MMA forum and compare it to global perception.

Yes but much of this board also has KG in the top 10, Tim Duncan over Magic Johnson, Reggie Miller in the top 40, Oscar over Steph and Kobe, MJ at #3 or #4,ect. Grain of salt and all that.

Magic is my pick here, but close enough I think you could reasonably go with any order. They are my 10-13 group.

What do you mean relatively easily? Magic/Kobe/Bird have more league and finals mvp's.

1 through 16 from a couple of seasons ago, so maybe Curry/CP3 are pushing the back end now?

Thought you'd have Steph fringe top 10 by now. I was certain of your top 6 guys and that you're quite high on Oscar.

I’ll take the guy who went to the Finals 9 out of his 12 years of playing (pre-HIV)….

Despite a shortened career he still somehow managed to be the all-time Playoff assist & steals leader. Magic Johnson is THE answer.
