In this hypothetical scenario without Wilt and Russell being around from 1957 to 1969 that means that 9 MVP'S and 12 rings are up for grabs for everybody else.
Personally here's what I think happens.
Bob Pettit now enters into the Goat debate with 4 rings and 4 MVPs to go along with his 11 first-team ALL NBA selections.
Oscar with 3 MVPs and two to three rings is now viewed as a top ten player ever
West with now one MVP and 3 rings is also viewed as a top ten player ever.
Baylor with an MVP and 3 rings as well gets more love nowadays
Nate Thurmond now gets more acknowledgment nowadays with an MVP and a ring in 1967 to go along with more all NBA first team's and all-defensive first-team selections.
Bellamy dominates the the center numbers but probably still not the win column.
Lenny winning the MVP in 1968 would be viewed as the weakest MVP ever in NBA history.
