PG: '89 John Stockton
SG: '92 Jeff Hornacek (Phoenix Suns)
SF: '91 Chris Morris (New Jersey Nets)
PF: '91 Karl Malone
C: '92 Kenny Gattison (Charlotte Hornets)
My Team:
PG: '90 Vern Fleming (Indiana Pacers)
SG: '88 Clyde Drexler (Portland Trail Blazers)
SF: '85 Eddie Johnson (Kansas City Kings)
PF: '88 Charles Barkley (Philadelphia 76ers)
C: '93 Hakeem Olajuwon
Right out of the gate, I think I clearly have a chance with better production from Fleming, Drexler, Johnson, Barkley and Olajuwon. Where I think my team runs better is that the offense can run through either Fleming, Drexler, Barkley or Olajuwon. Having those four as main ball handlers opens up the whole offense for Johnson.

A bit bizarre of a challenge. Kenny Gattison? Chris Morris? The aforementioned "Super Peak Team" is not likely to make it out of the first round as is...putting peak MVP caliber players against them is just cruel

Re: Was challenged to defeat this Super Peak Team:
If Morris got his head out of his butt, which he rarely did in his Nets tenure, then this might be interesting as Slow Eddie didn't play defense and Stockton is a big step up from Vern Fleming. The obvious mismatch is Gattison, who was a mediocre NBA backup much less starter, v. Hakeem who is a top 10 all time player. Your opponent would have to make up for a whole lot to make that work and I just don't think he has enough even with advantages at the other 4 positions.

Is this some kind of avant garde protest about the PC board not paying attention to marginal roleplayers who didn't move the needle? Are these constant challenge threads a mockery/parody of a thread with the same name a week or two back?

there are many challenges in other boards, that result in teams which compete against each other.
when one person is unhappy with the result of their loss, they come to this board to post about their grievances
