What do you value higher for evaluation?
This may be a dumb question but I’m interested if there are differing opinions. Between on/off court and +/- data what do you value higher how a team performs with player X on the court or how a team performs with player X off the court.

if forced to pick, on, but only looking at one defeats the entire point
