It's close between Phil and Riley imo with West just behind. Overall I think Riley being coach with Showtime, coach/gm with the Knicks then coach/gm/president with the Heat and having so much success over the last 40 years is the most impressive but maybe its Phil since 11 rings is 11 rings.

Junior Bridgeman. He went from a decent bench piece to the third wealthiest NBA player ever.
