He's much quicker, much stronger and can jump higher. This enabled him to be a much better slasher than Kobe, giving him greater interior gravity and a drive and kick game that Kobe couldn't replicate.

And defensively, i’d consider him a better help defender and shot blocker at the very least.

I agree with the first two, but I don't think Dwade jumped higher than Kobe at all (Kobe was about an inch taller FWIW). Wade always seemed more like a great practical jumper than a true high flyer

I've seen Wade's max vertical listed as anywhere from 35-38, and Kobe's anywhere from 37-40.
But seeing as Wade with his arthritic knees and no meniscus routinely got more dunks per season than Kobe, and managed to be an effective slasher for waaaaaay longer into his career than Kobe did in his career, I gave Wade the benefit of the doubt on that one. Could be wrong though.

better rebounder, better playmaker/passer, more efficient scorer, better on ball defender.
basically better in every way except volume scoring (which is just synonymous with shooting a lot) and kobe had the longevity over him as well.
if not for the longevity, I'd have Wade 10 spots higher on the all-time list. but Kobe's longevity and Wade's lack of longevity does mean something. hence, wade is just one spot ahead of kobe.

I feel like Wade had a higher motor on defense than Kobe on average

So you have Wade over Kobe all time?

Depends which Wade, which Bryant?
At apex probably a significant amount of the game (or else vast leads in a smaller number of areas) given that (only checked RS here) PER, WS/48, BPM, RAPM and NPI RAPM (via googlesites -
https://sites.google.com/site/rapmstats/top-rapm - some have caveats about comparisons across years with these marks, though the gaps are not insubstantial, interpret to own taste) concur Wade peaked higher.
The box side is easy enough to check up. Assists, offensive rebounding and box defense are areas of advantage.

It would seem hard to interpret the final paragraph any other way. So I would assume: "Yes, by a narrow margin [given one spot]."

yes, one spot ahead. longevity has to matter (and volume to a lesser extent) so he's right there despite wade being a better player in nearly every aspect of the game.
