How far apart are Mikal Bridges & Vassell?

On paper, very similar size and 3&D skillset, with Bridges emerging as, maybe, a foundational player for BRK. Is Vassell potentially in the same tier on both ends? How far apart in terms of realistic expected career ceilings and trade value?
