I think the answer is Tatum at 1 no matter how we slice it, but to go 10 deep something I'd clarify:
To me a "re-draft" needs to be factoring in the team with the pick. If it's just about asking the best players in a draft, I'd title like that.
So then, doing a re-draft:
1. Boston - Jayson Tatum (3), goes to Boston again but at the #1 spot because they'd know they couldn't trade down.
2. Lakers - Donovan Mitchell (13), they drafted a guard they hoped would be a star, Donovan's been the best of those and was the most ready from the start to make an impact.
3. Philadelphia - De'Aaron Fox (5), knowing now that you really just want to build around Embiid, picking a true star guard would be a top priority.
4. Phoenix - Bam Adebayo (3), building around Booker, Adebayo is a steal here.
5. Sacramento - Lauri Markkanen (7), BPA.
6. Orlando - Derrick White (29), I'd looked to move on from the Elfrid Payton experiment.
7. Minnesota - OG Anunoby (23), a team with KAT is a team with defensive needs in the rest of the lineup
8. New York - Jarrett Allen (22), BPA, but with some concerns related Porzingis.
9. Dallas - Josh Hart (30), a great role player who can be molded around your core to come.
10. Sacramento - John Collins (19), BPA.
