I would go top 5. He looks like an all-nba level impact PG to me. So Luka, Steph, Dame are the only 3 who definitely exceed his RS impact. And furthermore, I think Baron improves in the PS.

2007 Baron Davis

His ORAPM is #3, dating back to 2001. This is higher than any peak values of Lebron, Kobe, Dirk, that we have on record. https://sites.google.com/site/rapmstats/rapm-by-player

#3 in Scaled ORAPM dating back to 1998 (when considering one year per player)-Only beaten by Lebron and Nash
#4 in SD ORAPM dating back to 1998 (one year per player)- Only beaten Lebron, Nash, and Wade

He was also #4 overall in single year NPI RAPM, just barely trailing Ginobli.

He played a big part in upsetting the #1 seed Dallas Mavericks in the playoffs. He really upped his game in the PS. Simply looking at his efficiency doesn't do justice to just how much he did all over the court.

Davis also consistently raised his game in the PS.

Davis’s shooting increases from the regular season to the playoffs (01-07) :

0-3:-0.1% change

3-10:+3.7% change

10-16:+3.8% change

16-3pt%:+4.1% change

Similarly Baron Davis seeing a +2.6 increase on 3’s with the exact same volume as the RS is enough too boost his playoff scoring by itself. He also saw a +3.7% increase in floater range , +3.8% increase from 10-16 feet (midrange ), and +4.1% increase from 16-3pt( long midrange )

3p%:+2.6% change

Overall, from ‘01-‘07 Davis averaged 18.97 Points per 75, 8.1 assists per 75, on 50.4 TS%, and had a +3 oBPM. Baron Davis’s playoff metrics are something from 01-07 he had a +4.5 oBPM and +6.8 BPM.
