Switch the teams that draft them and how do their careers play out? (Read OP for twist)

Michael Jordan drafted by the Rockets and Hakeem Olajuwon drafted by the Bulls in the 1984 draft. Don't use this as a comparison for who's the better player but which franchise succeeds more in the short term and long term (consider team quality at the time). Since the Bulls clearly had the much better FO, to spice things up (for who's more successful long-term cause that's easily Chicago), let's say the Rockets get Phil Jackson (the Bulls still draft Pippen)
