Team 2, pretty easily.
Two main reasons, shooting and health. Rose and Wall are both crazy athletic guards but limited shooters. Zion is a PF who's most effective around the rim. Oden's a classic center. Wemby's size is less valuable as a SF - and while he's a good shooter for his size he's not enough to keep teams from extremely packing the paint on defense. Team 2 doesn't have great shooting but it's at least decent.
Entering the league, Zion and especially Oden have major injury concerns (and a little 'Wemby is 7'5" and really skinny, how's he going to hold up'). Irving had some health concerns but they weren't quite as big (yes, Blake missed his first year in the league but that was a preseason injury, not something from earlier).

Team #2 easily. Kyrie was a terrific technical player in college while Cade was an elite shooting prospect.
Wall and Rose were not shooters in any form in college and Zion didn't project to develop a shot for a few seasons at best.
