Kobe was 1st Team All-NBA his final real season at age 34. If he had never torn his Achilles, how many more All-NBA teams would he have made at the end of his career? Would he have made 1st Team in 2014?

Here are the guards that made All-NBA in 2014-2018 (All-NBA team order is listed 1st, 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd)
2014: Harden, CP3, Curry, Parker, Dragic, Lillard
2015: Curry, Harden, Westbrook, CP3, Klay, Kyrie
2016: Curry, Westbrook, CP3, Lillard, Klay, Lowry
2017: Harden, Westbrook, Curry, Thomas, Wall, DeRozan
2018: Lillard, Harden, Westbrook, DeRozan, Curry, Oladipo

If his All Defences were any indication he probably would have made them until he retired.

He could've snuck in 1, maybe 2. By 2015 Steph, Harden & Russ all level up to MVP/near MVP status with Paul already being there. So this basically leaves Kobe fighting with the Klay/Irving/Lillard crowd.

An important caveat to that being those selections weren't based on any tangible ability to play consistent or meaningful defense at that point in his career.
