Who would you pick at each position as the best player in the league that averages less than 20 pp 36 minutes.

Sample team (off the top of my head with zero analysis):

PG Immanuel Quickley -- Strong defender, good 3 point shooter, there are better playmakers out there and maybe one of them should take one of the guard spots
SG Alex Caruso -- League's best POA defender
SF Deni Avdija -- Hate to pick anyone from the Wizards but Deni has been the one defensive bright spot on the team while bringing up his shooting with good playmaking skills.
PF Evan Mobley -- Young, active, good offensive skills as well, probably won't stay under 20 pp 36 for long
C Rudy Gobert -- Should be the league's DPOY; turned Minnesota into a defensive powerhouse team

Nice! I never even though to check Harden. If scoring isn't forthcoming though, I'm certainly taking Caruso over Levert.
