How good is this Pelicans team swapping BI -> CP3

Pelicans look like they have a very solid top - bottom rotation, but numbers be damned.. they seem somewhat off / like it’s very hard for them to win a playoff series.
I’d say part of that hunch comes from me being lower on Zion & Ingram (individually, and as a pairing to build around) due to their limited ways to impact winning.
With that said, If you replace this Ingram with 2008/09 CP3 planted in today’s game and hold all else equal, how good is this Pels team? I could see them being the best in the West, but then again would prefer DEN & LAC in general. Thoughts?
