Todays NBA: Curry/Kareem or Lebron/KG

Which duo would you rather build around in todays league?
I like the defensive and passing synergy between LeBron and Garnett. There is a lot of versatility as well. Garnett could play 3-5 today; LeBron could play 1-4. Lots of options for building around them.
Whereas Curry and Kareem are pretty much set in their positions.
