Westbrook gives you the ultra high usage that is Iverson's main perceived value with a lot more assists and great rebounding. Iverson is less turnover prone but intangibles have to go to Westbrook with Iverson's penchant for cutting practice. Westbrook was less injury prone in his prime as well.

Sometimes 18-22 WB gets conflated too much with 12-16 WB and 2017 is one of the best regular seasons of all time(while being something of an outlier in his career). Just looking at them as players though, there are similarities but at the end of the day while AI was athletic, he was like 6-0 170 while WB is even more athletic while being 6-3 200 with a super long wingspan. Stuff like that makes a difference. I think WB is about 20-30 spots higher all time and I'm not that high on him.

Westbrook no question. The only argument AI has is nostalgia. Westbrook at his peak was better at nearly every aspect of basketball than Allen Iverson both tangible and intangible.

Just always liked Iverson more. Maybe it's because of his heart and toughness. Westbrook is great also though.

WB might have been the most inefficient scorer of all time if he switched places with Iverson on the 2000s Sixers. Arguably the least talented/worst spaced supporting cast in post-merger basketball (offense only), and the biggest reason AI went from being overrated during his career to seriously underrated in the wake of new wave analytics. He was a shell of his former self when he went to the Nuggets yet in his first full season averaged 26.4 ppg on above-average/career-best efficiency.
