Without a ton of thought, and no order guys I'd think of as contenders:
Luka
Embiid
Giannis
Jokic
Kawhi
Mitchell
SGA
Tatum
Not sure which way I'd go with the 9th/10th slots, lots of options.

For reference current estimated impact ranking in brackets.
After Tatum it gets difficult, interchangeable with: Brunson, Curry, Ant Edwards, Ant Davis really dont mind as its very arbitrary.
