Team game level O/Drtgs bulk gathering help

Hi, feel free to move to the stats board, I may just post it over there too, this is just where I read so where I naturally post.
Question
Does anyone know either a ready, already generated source for, or how to simply get team, game level offensive and defensive ratings.
Details
So thanks in advance for any help available. Could be for reference or NBA.com or other flavors or all the above (don’t really know of/recall differences for myself, assume Reference goes back furthest) but am looking to get something like …
… for instance, for Atlanta ’85 (chosen as Reference had cited that as the first year of full single game data when BPM 2 article update came up on Reference, if we can go earlier, great)
Ortg
114.9 (as from https://www.basketball-reference.com/boxscores/198410260NJN.html)
103.8
94.5
…
Drtg
100.5
106.7
108.1
….
Is there a spreadsheet or single webpage (say per team, per season) with that type of thing. Or an easy, non-labor-intensive way of someone with no coding or scraping skills to get that data?
Again, thanks in advance for any possible help.
