Where do you think CP3 ranks all time and why?

Working on my new GOAT list, and he is a very interesting player to evaluate.
On some level, I think he's the PG equivalent of LeBron/Karl Malone/Kareem almost.
INSANE longevity that he doesn't really get credit for. He led the league in assists 14 years apart (2008 and 2022). Can also be argued as a top 3 PG for that entire 15 year stretch (2010 and 2019 being blips due to injury).
He made visible and immediate impact on every team he joined while still a relevant player (Clippers, Rockets, OKC and the Suns).
Gets unfairly blamed for being a part of some Playoff upsets when his individual performance was still stellar (2015 and 2017 for instance).
Feel like he has to be a top 20 guy all-time. Can't imagine putting someone like Barkley over him for instance.
