Offensively and Defensively?
When he was in his early years with the L.A. Clippers and Seattle, and his later years with the Cavaliers, Sixers, Nets (both his '98 and '00 stints)?

One of the league's premier offensive rebounders over a full decade (1986-87 to 1995-96, 267 offreb/season). Only Rodman, Barkley, and Oakley grabbed more during that time.
When he retired was 12th all-time in offensive rebounds (3227).
But did not see the ball much on offense other than his offensive rebounding. Only once averaged as much as 11 FGA/g, and just twice in his 15 year career averaged more than 8 FGA/g. In his career averaged just 5.7 FGA/g.
Better defender with Seattle than the Clippers, but not a shot blocker.
Actually started 80 games at C for the 1995-96 Cleveland Cavaliers at the age of 33.
Later in his career with Seattle I remember him being quite muscle-bound in his upper body (like Karl Malone) .

Not very tall but very strong banger; had interior post scoring game in college but, as said, didn't score much in college. Never impressed with his defensive game.

He was a poor man’s Charles Oakley with worse passing skills. His career was unremarkable. I remember him best for edging out Oakley for the rebounding title in 1986-87. That and his wicked Jeri curl
