Convince me Miles Bridges isn't Charles Barkeley with a 3 ball

I'd be interested to see alot of the old players play in the spacing era.

But I don't think many fans want to see it because the truth hurts.

Players in the old days smoked cigars on planes, didn't have personal trainers or personal nutritionists, etc.

Serious question?

Doesn't even approach Barkley as a rebounder on either end of the floor. A defensive specialist. Doesn't aesthetically look like Barkley in body form or style of play at all. Dissimilar athletic ability: not that Bridges is unathletic by any means, but he isn't as explosive, nor as powerful, as was Barkley.

The better question is what would be the similarities which prompted this comparison in the first place, because I don't really see... any.

Funny because I say the same thing about today's players being able to handle, the roughness of the NBA back In the day :)

An illogical comparison with a "players from the 80s/90s sucked" agenda isn't thread worthy.
