Reasonable relative rankings for Jordan, Magic, Curry, Kobe?

The top four guards on the latest Top 100 are Jordan, Magic, Curry, Kobe.
Consider the task of ranking these four players among themselves.
For each player, what is the highest they can justifiably be ranked?
for example, "Player A: 1, Player B: 1, Player C: 2, Player D: 4" if you think Player A and Player B can reasonably be argued #1 among the 4, Player B can reasonably be argued #2 but not #1, and Player D can't reasonably be argued over any of them.
Can provide ranges as well (1-3, 2-4, 3-4, etc). And/or your actual rankings, if you'd like.

You can argue the first 3 against each other depending on approach. Steph is likely the biggest outlier translated across most periods of nba history. Magic is the stand-out in terms of large-sampled impact signals, across-situation-replication, and ra winning %. Jordan is potentially the best in terms of on/off and the most accomplished(and probably the most postseason resilient).
Kobe is a tough sell over all 3 though I could certainly see a case against a couple depending on one's approach.

Jordan, Magic and Curry are easily in the top 10. Kobe is just outside the top 20.

I have Jordan well ahead of the others here as he's the only one of them to be the best player in the league for multiple seasons and the only actual GOAT candidate among them.
Magic would be next for me with quite a distance to Jordan but I have him similarly far ahead of Curry and Kobe, who I both have competing for the 3rd spot here.

I’ll add in Oscar because I think he deserves it and is a similar enough player.
MJ 1-3
Magic 1-4
Steph 1-5
Kobe 2-5
Oscar 3-5

Jordan: 1
Curry/Magic/Kobe: 2-4
I would probably go Jordan > Curry > Magic > Kobe in that order

Is it? I also generally have Kobe in the 15-20ish range...

Same, and there is no conceivable way for me to be the lowest on Kobe on this board.
Guess we are all living under a bridge...

I mean, I know why Rasho said that, I imagine. I doubt it is the specific ranking which is the issue, per se.

I think any ranking is more or less reasonable. For example if your criteria is purely skill set, you might put Kobe #1.
My criteria when ranking players is 1) peak/prime dominance 2) winning impact 3) durability. The first two set the baseline for the rankings and then durability is the tiebreaker.
1. Jordan
2/3. Magic
2/3. Curry
4. Kobe

as long as longevity/culminative accomplishment is a factor, i'd say it gets tough putting kobe near 20. or below.
prime/peak-wise maybe it's statistically feasible though I'd think 2001 and 2008/2009 both throw somewhat of a wrench there.

I think it basically goes like this: Jordan > Magic = Curry > Kobe.

Now, I certainly will not call this take 'horrific'

as I know you never troll but I am genuinely interested in your rationale on how you could have Kobe in the 15-20ish range. Feel free to PM to avoid taking over the thread but I cannot even rank Wilt that low and I probably view him as you do Kobe. Not that I have to state this to you but looking for authenticate discussion, not trying to change your mind on things. Lol, the way some threads go I feel I have to point that out ahead of time!

Jordan 1
Magic 2-3
Curry 2-5
Kobe 3-6
Oscar 3-6
West 4-6

My top 10 would be:
Lebron
Kareem/Duncan
Then in no particular order something like Shaq, Jordan, Magic, Bird, Curry, Hakeem, KG.
After that I'd have KD, and would be looking at guys like Giannis, Jokic, CP3, Nash, Dirk, K.Malone, D.Rob, Dr J, etc, before Kobe. I'd likely take Wade and maybe Harden over Kobe too. I'd say Luka will certainly finish over Kobe at his current trajectory.
