Created 10 lineups from the top 10ish players at each position in NBA history. Which one do you think is the best?

What era's rules? Today's rules, you need the 3 point shooting to play the modern offense so it's probably the Ewing/Nash lineup. In an era where the 3 was not spammed and even the best 3 point shooters like Larry Bird took only about 2 a game (career average 1.9) or there was no 3 pointer, I would bet on the Russell/Oscar or the Robinson/Duncan group.

I'll take the Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Patrick Ewing lineup. I see more offensive synergy there than with the others. Nash and Bird are both pantheon-level passers and shooters. McHale and Ewing are both dominant in the post but can also space out to the midrange. Bryant is one of the most dynamic perimeter threats. They have enough aptitude on defense, particularly with the two big men, to hold their own on that end of the floor.

I don't see a way to pick one without knowing what era they are playing in.

MJ/Pippen
Duncan/Robinson
Bird/McHale

Teammates have an advantage.
