Most positive impact is probably Mourning, followed by Mutombo though Mutombo was relevant longer.

Most positive and negative impact is Iverson. His style on both ends was very high risk, with massive shooting volumes often below league and team average efficiency (maybe other players on the team's efficiency was helped by his gravity though) and on the defensive end, he was undersized and gambled for steals a lot but got burned more than average too.
