1) Paul Pierce: best Offensive Player (2006 - 27 pp 75 | 5 apg | +5% rTS). Good passer, very good shooter/floor spacer, scales well next to better and better Offensive talent and is also a very good Offensive Floor Raiser
2) Chris Mullin: best Scorer out of this bunch (1990 - 24 pp 75 on +11 % rTS)
3)Grant Hill: best Offensive Floor Raiser (1995-2000 - 23pts 7apg per 75). Hill was essentially a Point Guard with the highest Offensive Load of this bunch. High Volume slasher, limited shooter, beside At The Rim, only proficient in scoring from Long 2pt range)
4) James Worthy: Very Good Offensive Ceiling Raiser, Great Isolationist Scorer. Low Volume Scorer, Limited Playmaker.
5) Tatum: Very Good Offensive Player; Great Player Overall. Limited First Step, too jumpshot/3pt shots dependent
6) Butler: Great Playoff Riser, Low Volume Regular Season Scorer, limited shooter, hyper-dependent on Foul Drawing

Hmmm.
Pierce by eye had the most diverse game, but he was so much worse in the playoffs that I have to lean toward maybe Mullin or Hill. Hard to choose between the two. Finesse versus smashmouth athleticism (and Hill had a strong penetrate-and-pitch game).
I'll say:
Mullin
Hill
Tatum
Worthy
Pierce
Butler
I wanted to rank Worthy higher, but he had such incredible teams and less responsibility than anyone else on the list. "Run in transition, occasionally post, win." He was quite good, but it's just so hard to compare guys who shoulder the volume burden versus guys who are second or third option. And none of the rest of those guys benefited from Magic running the show. And Worthy didn't exactly showcase a hugely diverse scoring skillset.
But I waffle a lot on the spots below Grant Hill.
Pierce wasn't a particularly good playoff performer. Tatum isn't either, particularly come the Finals. And Butler has a couple of recent postseasons of note but has a longer and less impressive catalog than just that. So it's an interesting discussion overall.

I'll rank Jimmy #1.
He has at least double 40+ point playoff performances than any of the other players listed. He also has the best ast/tov ratio and 2nd highest rTS% of the group. His offensive game may not be as diversified, but he was more dominant at his prime/peak.
