-Number 1 in LEBRON

Do you mean their career up until that point or just the individual seasons listed?

Over 2017 Westbrook, yes (although not for pure regular season MVP purposes). And I could entertain a hypothetically perfect health version of him against Curry, but as is I think a more conservative assessment is necessary when we only saw half a game of him against the Warriors.

Of course, most of these went on to get even better in the following seasons.

2024 Luka would be # 3 behind Kawhi for me.
I’m weighing playoffs pretty heavily.
I think Jokic, CP3 and Kawhi showed monstrous ceilings of play in the playoffs.
Not high on KD in general. OR pre-playmaking AD.
But they definitely belong in a list like this as opposed to one with 2013 Conley and 2015 Blake Griffin if that makes sense.
Curry could be underrated by me a bit. And I could easily be overrating Giannis.
