Payton Pritchard vs Anfernee Simons

Two players with somewhat similar archetype, but still some substantial differences.
One difference is obviously that one plays for one of the most intimidating contenders in the league while the other place for a franchise in rebuild.
Pritchard this year shoots the ball with 64% TS versus Simons' 56% TS. This can also be attributed somewhat to the fact that Pritchard plays alongside much better "help" (weird to use that term in his context) wireless Simon 's is a more of a focal point for the defenses to focus on.
It took a while for Payton to get into the rhythm we've seen from him this year, and same one's shows high level of offensive production for several years now.
Although at the end both are kind of mainly immediate offense guys, not a lot to offer defensively, although Peyton is clearly better on that side.
How would you compare them head-to-head in terms of:
- Better scorer
- Better all around player
- Better player for a contender
- Better player for an average team on the league
