Where would Prime Mark Price rank today among guards? Overall?

Honestly, I think he'd be a little better version of Cleveland's current PG, Darius Garland.

A better passer than Garland, little better shooter, a pinch quicker as well. So.....better, though I don't think a ton better. I think he'd be the best player on the current Cavs team by a small margin over Mitchell/Mobley.

He'd certainly average more points than he did. They all would.
