I think a couple years ago Ray Allen would have been top 10 (like in that prime Warriors 2015-2019 kind of era) because everyone was so caught up in 3 point shooting and everyone would have wanted such an elite volume 3-point shooter but there are so many guys who can shoot and make 3s at a high volume now that Ray Allen doesn't stand out as much.
