Dereck Lively vs Jaxson Hayes

Who is the better center right now, assuming both are healthy?

They play pretty similar games. I think Lively has a small edge defensively but Hayes has the edge offensively. I think right now Hayes is slightly better overall though, and Luka is bringing the best out of him.

Who is better?

This is so insulting to Lively lol cmon

Hayes has been in the league 6 years, never averaged more than 20mpg. He's the only tall guy on the Lakers otherwise he is riding the pine on most contending teams

Were about to see what lively really looks like without Luka. We've seen what Hayes looked like, but we also see what he looks like now. And right now he looks about as good as lively ever has. Long term lively will be better, but right now I think they're even.

Lively is already a much better rebounder and passer with the rest of their games being pretty similar. I like Jaxson, but he's no Lively, who's one of the most exciting young players in the league.

Lively easily
