I am curious how SGA winning a ring would affect how these players are ranked. What order would you rank them all time if the Thunder win this series? I am working on a "25 best players of 2000-2025' list as part of a larger project and am not sure which, if either, to cut for SGA if he wins a ring, or if he should still be left off such a list

Are we doing peak or career value? SGA would be the clear number 1 if we are talking about peak but would fall behind Allen and Pierce if we are talking about career value

Sgas been a star for 3 seasons..............he peaked higher than either but not to degree where only 3 seasons would overtake their careers or even come close

Ring don't matter. SGA already peak like 2-3 tier above PP and RA. His scoring alone impact more than these two overall ability

That isn't the main argument being made. It's peak ability (SGA) v. career length (Pierce and Allen). Assuming OP is talking value over career, that's the tradeoff if (like me) you have SGA's last couple of seasons above peak Pierce and Allen.

Career-wise, I'll still have Pierce & Allen ahead of Shai.
Peak-wise, Shai's already topped them.
